Im absolutely new to this... Have found a few providers i would like to contact but they say i must include previous references...Well since im a newbie i have none... what do i do?

You neesd to find a lady that will  accept personal and work info rather than a reference. I started by meeting her in the hotel bar for a drink and then went up to the room or you could use something like rooomservice 2000 or datecheck
