I've noticed more and more providers advertise that they accept credit cards.   I always thought this was a no-no. Why would you pay in a way that is traceable back to you?  Are there hobbyists who prefer to pay this way?  The only way I would do this is if I bought a prepaid credit card, but that hassle of doing this would be greater than to just pay with cash.

does not mean you have to do it.  Stick to cash and be safe.  No one I know has paid a provider with a credit card, at least none of my close hobby buddies has ever admitted to doing that.  I damn sure would not.

I always pay in cash. It is more safer.

is a deductible expense until the IRS audits them. Meanwhile, there is no cash disappearing from their personal account to scratch their itch.

i have used them several times..fast and convenient..you dont have to carry cash..not everyone likes the idea..but i have no problem with it..

So many other guys use CC too .... I know it may kick my ass in the end but I have an advantage over many girls who won't take them. I would say about 1/5th of my clients use CC ..

.....most of my gentlemen friends who use credit cards do so for extended dates, etc.  Rarely does a gentleman use a credit card for a one hour date.  

Maybe more and more providers accepting CCs, as far as independants, since now there are new ways of accepting CCs such as the smartphone card readers. But this "industry" has acceped CCs for years. I know agencies, brothels and MPs that acceped CCs back in the 80s, and probably before!
