When I first started I was able to get a few dates here and there, but didn't get steady business until someone took a chance on me, had a great time, and wrote a review. Suddenly, I was legit in the eyes of hobbyists.

Joining in on the discussions here and on other sites will (hopefully) help potential clients know you're for real and will help them get a feel for your personality. And advertise on as many free sites as possible! Getting your name and photos out there will help you a ton. Ask everyone you meet to review you -- eventually one of them will.

My guess by posting this question along with your link you are well on your way to get your first review. I hope it is with a guy here that is well established and is ready to TOFTT (take one for the team).

Another suggestion is post on your regional board with your link. Guys love new gals and once again i hope it is a guy on TER that has lots of reviews. Reason being is his review will most likely be posted. New guys might have a longer wait for the review to be posted.

But you can post ads on the Other Cities board (bottom of the regional board's list).

You are in the right place and doing the right things, just heed the advice of veterans like Haley, keep reading, learning, and posting, you will be fine!

I'm a newbie in DC and haven't done anything yet for fear of LE and I don't have any references.  If you were closer to DC I'd suggest we get together and you give me a freebie (just to be above board for LE - I'm not cheap), I'd write you a review, and you could be a reference for me... problems solved!

And for my next trick I will put my chocolate in your peanut butter.
