age of provider

If I explain in my review that provider looks 10 or 12 years older and she admitted lieing about her age do I have to prove it? I can't prove but I've had that experience twice last year. Do I submit a problem report without proof?

You are welcome to your opinion, but be prepared for the backlash.  I have read many reviews where the reviewer made his claim about her age not being what was stated on her profile.  If she admitted it to you, you can put it in your review, but I would not advise submitting a problem report on her profile with only her say-so.  Is it worth it?

...is not proof.  If she has 20 reviews and they all say she looks 10 years older and she admitted lying about her age, TER may believe your problem report.

They won't accept the problem report without proof. I have submitted problem reports to change
ages but I have always had proof. Someitmes the age on her ads and/or website is older than what is listed on her profile. Since most ladies will not lie about their age to make themselves older, this usually just means the profile was either set long ago and not changed, or set incorrectly by a guess of the first reviewer. In cases like this, TER has always accepted my problem reports. Other cases include things like the profile age listed as 18-20, but the lady has reviews going back 4 years or more. Proof like that has always been accepted. If a lady's profile age is listed in the mid to late 20s or higher, and there is no contradiction in her ads or website, then it becomes your opinion, and hard to prove. Possibly as Papa said, if there are a bunch of reviews all saying she looks older, then maybe they will accept that as "proof." Of course you can put your opinion in your review, but as far as submitting a problem report, it is questionable whether you should or whether they will accept it.

Another one I submetted that was accepted was based on a lady's biography on her website. Her profile age was 21-25, and she had no age listed on her website or ads. However she had a life story on her website. For example: I grew up in xxxx, and gradurated from high school there, then spent three years in the navy, then I went to college on the GI plan, then spent 2 years overseas in yyyy, then a year in New York..... Now I have settled in zzzz. Adding up those years it was obvious she had to be over 25, and TER accepted my reaoning.

In my opinion, this falls into the "limited upside, lots of downside" category.  You risk pissing her off, and fucking up her business.

You can probably say that she appeared "older than her photos," but I wouldn't go much more direct than that.  You can get the point across without completely destroying her.
