Why do agencies do less stingent screening, if that is true.

Some providers offer non-BCD time, is the screening as tough on this??  Could it be a way to get to a BCD date with that person?

If an agency chooses to screen less (some do, some don't) it is simply because a lot of guys call last minute looking for a date and it can be difficult to fully verify them.  It's a calculated risk on both sides to say the least.

What is "BCD"
