This appeared in a review but I couldn't find it in the Acronym manual or at Urban Dict. I don't think its a typo b/c he used it 3 different times. Before I email him for an explanation, I thought I'd expose my ignorance here.

Hmmm......Bareback Lick Job? Maybe a term for extreme DT, as in Bareback Lung Job?

I've never heard the term either so you aren't alone. I'm thinking maybe he's just confused on the proper acronym :)
