Giving DATY to a woman is safer for the man than the woman on the receiving end, and giving a man a BBBJ is riskier for the woman than the man receiving it, but both activities are relatively low risk.  Low risk is never zero risk, though, so as others mentioned, you have to evaluate your own comfort level.
