Bartering is not allowed on TER

There are other sites that allow it but not TER.

From their discussion board rules:
" Bartering-related posts are not allowed. Advertising of personal side businesses or advertisements for other businesses is strictly prohibited."

Now if you are just talking about buying ad space, they do sell ad space on the site, but I don't think you would have said "hobbyist" if that was the case.

services that providers may be interested in. i.e. website and photography services.  I know I have seen ads somewhere I just can't find them now.
