What is meant when a provider uses the term Barbie?  Or what is a Barbie type Provider?

The Barbie they are describing is the doll. Usually you will see the lady say something like 'real woman's figure not a barbie'. This means that they have curves and maybe a little extra weight. They are definitely not the ridiculously thin and big breasted image.
