When I first started, I thought going with an agency would make my (and my partner at the time)'s life a lot easier if we worked with an agency. Wouldn't have to answer phone, screen, post ads, etc. etc.

So we contacted an agency and started working with them. (Don't remember the na,e of agency) . When we applied, we had to send pics.  

The first day we are working, we had a lot of guys come to the door see us, and leave.

We looked up our ads, they were using stock photos. And not even with a blurred face. Each girl looked NOTHING like us. We contacted the agency. Well, our "booking agents" (we each had our own). The booking agents says we have to talk to the boss to change that. That they used fake pictures for our safety and that many of their other girls worked fine that way.

Regardless of whether or not I would've been able to make some of them stay, it still didn't feel right to me. We each got one call through them. We quit the same day we started, and continued to work independently.

What do you do when you have made a date, reviewed the pics and info, talked to the lady on the phone and then when you arrive the lady does not resemble or even sound like the one that you contacted?  I immediately expressed my disappointment and politely excused myself.  Did I do the right thing or should I have given her a small token for taking up her time?  Very interested in responses.

IMHO, you were right to leave.  You always have that choice, esp if you feel as you did in this instance.  She misrepresented herself.  Many gals use fake pics that resemble them, in the interest of safety and discretion.
Whether you should have given this gal something is only for you to decide.  I don't think I would given her anything in this situation.

She wasted your time with what were possibly fake or old pictures. I hate to hear hobbyist went through seeing a provider even though the pic was not that of the person who opened the door. This BS of girls using other photos needs to stop!  

Now if they were old pics, I feel it's the responsibility of every provider to make sure there pictures are updated, so that an accurate depiction is given when a hobbyist is contemplating seeing you.  

So if one of the two scenarios were the case, no I don't think you were wrong. Now if wasted the girls time up until getting to the door and just decided you did not want to see her, then you are dead wrong!

your posts states "reviewed the pics and info" not sure what that means.  I don't like to reward "bad" behavior, so leaving and not giving her anything is appropriate in this situation

Let me guess, she didn't try to screen you, did she?

B/S girls count on getting something from at the door from guys.  That's why they continue to pull this crap.

It is one thing if you get called to work and have to leave, but this is her fault. She misled you, and deserves nothing. In fact, she should have given you money for the trouble lol.

is horrible. Sounds like you handled it like a complete gentleman and that is all you can do. No, if she was truly nothing like what you 'imagined' on any level, then you don't owe her a thing. Did she have a response tho when you expressed your immediate disappointment?

Too many guys end up staying, figuring they are there anyway so what the hell? This is why bait and switches continue. Because they work! You were absolutely rifht in leaving, and not leaving her anything.

I've had a couple times where the girl I saw wasn't nearly the same as the photos, but I was willing to accept and give it a try. Both times it turned out amazing, but I'm sure there's as many stories of people who felt ripped off so it comes down to the individual person.
