Just putting yourself in her shoes for a minute I think it is accurate to say a turn off is a smelly guy who hasn't shaved.  In order for the encounter to have a maximum chance of success "brush your teeth, wash your ass" seems like the bare minimum a lady would request.  I'm not sure that qualifies as an actual turn on, but avoiding turn offs will certainly help things along...IMHO.
