We don't do specific recommendations here on the newbie board, but here are a couple of places to start:

1) Search TER's reviews.  Leave everything blank, except type Sydney in the location.  You will get a good list of prospects, some with recent reviews.

2) Google "Australia Escort Forums" and "Australia Escort Reviews".  There appear to be a couple of reliable local sites.

I envy you.  I'm an American who has lived in the UK for the past 2 years.  I've had tremendous fun discovering how the hobby works here, and knowing just how lovely the birds from AUS can be, I'd love to start over again in a new market!
