The person who wants to write a review can do so nevertheless. He just has to put in all the relevant information and if the review is posted, you will get a profile page that lists the review and on that profile page will be your review.
Now you should also check to see if you have a profile page and review(s) already. To do that, go to the review section and click on search reviews. Enter a unique identifier for you like your website URL, or phone number and hit enter. If a match comes up, you'll get your profile page.
