New to hobby, References catch22

Hi everybody! First time poster and as you can see I am new to this entire thing.

I have browsed through different reviews of agencies and providers. I have found a few that I am interested in and have openings in the near future. But I realize something. All of them require at least 2 or more references or a link to a TER or 411 account with some reviews. Which leads me to my conundrum.

How does a new person get a reference or write a review if almost all of the more reputable providers require "prior experience".

I would also accept any general tips about the process. Thanks for listening.

I would recommend P411 membership, or Date-Check.  Those are verification sites not review sites.  You don't have to have seen anyone to get verified, but you will have to provide personal information that they can validate.  Once verified, the ladies will at least know that you are who you say and not LE.  There are many experienced ladies who will see newbies with proper verification.  Just be up-front.  Find the ones that interest you from those who note on their profile that they are newbie friendly.  If you haven't already, invest in VIP membership here so that you can read full reviews on the ladies you select.   As has been said many times, choose a lady who has several reviews, most of which are by reviewers with multiple reviews under their belts. This will give you an idea of what to expect. Read the Self- Help center.  It has lots of good info, and the last few weeks of posts here address this many times, so read those.  Then relax and have fun.

1. Read everything in the self help center (look for the life preserver icon in the upper right).
2. Read all the threads on the newbie board going back as far as you can tolerate...lots of good info here.
3. Learn to use the search feature...it's your best friend (and ours ;P).
4. Get TER VIP if you haven't already...it will allow you to read the details in the reviews here.
5. Consider joining a verification service like P411, Date Check, RS2000, etc.  I think once you join any one of those...you'll have an easier time finding providers that are newbie friendly.
6. use the In Search Of board or your local board to connect to others that might help you find newbie friendly providers.
7. be ready to give up some of your personal info...the ladies will want it to verify who are (even beyond the verification service at times...which will also want info from you); if you're not comfortable with giving up what they ask...keep looking for someone that has a more agreeable policy for you...but, be cautious...the less the ladies screen/verify...the more risky they are in my opinion.  probably best to stay away from those scenarios.
9. make your plans with your big head; leave your little head on the sideline until the game begins...

Preferred411 does allow their provider clients to indicate if they are newbie friendly.  That is a good place to start, as the owner of the site, Gina, will work with you to get you verified so you can get started.  Others have already given you some good advice, take it.  Read the self help center and get VIP membership, it's worth it.

Be prepared to give up your personal information and perhaps some information about your work.

I had the same question as the OP. I guess I will try discussing alternate screen methods and look into getting a 411 membership or VIP here.

The driving force behind of all ths is that the girl is just trying to make sure she is able to be comfortable seeing you.
