Ask the booker first.

The agency may have a policy of no pictures.  If they say it's ok with them, then when you get to the date, BEFORE whipping out the camera, ask the provider nicely.  You might want until you have completed the reason you are there before asking her, as she may not react positively and that could have an adverse effect on your time with her.  That is not something you want.....

Has anyone seen a provider multiple times and ever recorded any part of the session or took pictures?
I've seen this agency multiple times and wanted to record or take pictures this time before I stop using them. Wondering if its out of the question always, should ask the booker if its ok, or whip out the phone during the session and ask provider if ok.

Many providers will not allow pics to be taken of them during sex acts, or them in the hotel room.

As swim said, ask before the session. Pulling a camera out & snapping away could bring a unknown negative result

You can not take her picture without her permission.  So NO, you don't whip out your camera.  You can ask if it is possible & if she says yes, ask about showing her face (or she can cover with her hand, arm, hair or ??.   There's a lot of trust involved...
Are you single?  Keeping nude photos is the extreem opposite of "Leaving no tracks".

Yeah I didn't mean I would whip out the camera during the session. I meant if I should ask the booker first, or not ask the booker, but instead ask the provider if its ok. But now that I put more thought into it. I think its out of the question for both the client, booker and provider. I mean from a booker and provider standpoint they wouldn't know what I'm going to do with the pics, or if I would try to put them on the internet. Of course it would just be for me but they wouldn't know that. Also the risk of me getting caught with the pics is bad.

never ask the agency..most forbid it and it will cloud any future bookings..ask the provider at the appropriate time during the session..you will know when..you will be surprised at how many say yes..

It's usually an extra, but I know of a few.  They give you the chip when the session's over so you have the only copy.
