For starters, go to the "Reviews" tab (my ter, REVIEWS, mail, ...).

Under the mail tabs are New Reviews, Search Reviews, Chat with a provider, SEARCH v, ...

Use the SEARCH dropdown for Agencies and then US and New York. NOT ALL AGENCIES ARE LISTED AS AGENCIES. The search will be incomplete, but it's a start.

Start reading reviews and looking at web pages.  

Then, post your Qs to the NY Discussion Board.
