In most instances, the proverbial clock begins when you are face to face with each other (when you enter the room). However, keep in mind, that if you are running late (i.e. you show up 25 min. late), it is possible, you may not get the full time. She may have plans immediately after (they may or may have anything to do with the business) and can't accommodate your late arrival. Accept it and don't argue. Now when the clock ends is completely discretionary. Its a matter of getting a feel for how the session is going and that takes experience on your part. For example, there are ladies who will begin to give little signs (starting to get dressed, or telling you about their plans for the evening, or asking you about your plans the rest of the day, etc.) perhaps 10-15 minutes prior to your end time. These ladies are not going to be generous with their time and pretty much expect you out the door as scheduled. In other cases, you may be lounging naked on the bed with the lady and enjoying the conversation and it could be 10-15 minutes past the session time and she has not made a single move to end the appointment. Enjoy the moment. In general, I have found with most well reviewed ladies (and as a new hobbyist these are the ladies you should be seeing), 10-15 minutes over the end time is generally not frowned upon. Its mostly perceived as good business not to rush the hobbyist out. But again, you'll learn not to take advantage of her generosity. She is not there to entertain you past your session time.Only 1 experience so far (fabulous lady, great time), but still confused and stumbling around issues of etiquette and protocol. When does the appointment begin and when does it end? For example, if you have a 90 minute encounter scheduled, does the clock start ticking as soon as you enter the door, requiring that you be outside of the meeting location (hotel room, condo, etc.) no later than 90 minutes after entering? I am assuming this is the case, but I want to be sure as to not offend or overstay my welcome.
the clock starts when you enter her home/room/etc. It stops when you have reached the time limit you established when you set up the date. Departing time may vary if you are chatting, but bottom line is you don't want to overstay your time.

your handle is an alias. Around here, you are much more likely to get more answers if you just use your TER handle than an alias. It makes think you have less to hide.

He may have a very valid reason for using an alias. For example he said he has seen only one provider. Maybe he reviewed her. Maybe she reads the boards. Maybe his question on time relates to her. Maybe he doesn't want her to know he is asking this here. That's just one scenario. There are many others. TER allows the use of aliases and has for many years. There is no rule against using an alias on the newbie board, and in fact many justified reasons FOR using one. You and swim are both wrong on this one.
Now if someone is using an alias to attack someone, that's a problem. Using an alias to ask an innocent question? What's the big deal?
experience, more guys and providers tend to participate when an alias is not used.
personally, I hate aliases as well, and I agree that an OP will get MORE play by using his basic handle.
However, PS is 100% correct that there are many reasonable times to use an alias, and since we DON'T KNOW if the girl knows his real handle - nor do we know the reason he is using an alias - he may be perfectly right in using the alias. It's his loss if he doesn't get as much play as he wants or needs.
