hey everyone. my name is michelle and i joined ter last week. does ter have a contact phone number? i have sent numerous emails but they either dont fully anwser my questions or refer me to another area of the site which just confuses me neven more...

You might be better off just asking your questions on this form, there are a lot of experienced people who read this.

Have you taken time to read the Newbie Manual which is linked on this page?  That might help you a lot.
