Valid responses to ISO posts are not counted against the 'one ad per 7 days' posting limit.

However, responses posted by providers to ISO requests when they clearly do not match the requestor's specified location or description are considered ad posts.  If posted on a regional board, the moderator may consider those responses against the provider's ad posting limit.  If they are posted on the ISO board, they are removed because ad posts are not allowed on the ISO board.

In addition, provider posts that state "come see me in [fill-in-city/state]" are not allowed on any board. The only exception would be a response to an ISO post that stated the person was willing to travel to find what he seeked.
