They are about as safe as you going to a FS provider doing incall, or her coming to you on an outcall.  Any of these have inherent LE risks.  However, a provider can easily move her incall location whereas it is a little harder for an AMP to move on a moment's notice.  That makes an AMP easier to target in my opinion.
