Hey Everyone I am new here and enjoy this site. I live in NJ I just have a couple of questions I am a little bit concerned on possibly getting caught by a cop. What should I be looking for when calling up these girls? Should I be checking to make sure they have multiple reviews to be safer?

There is no secret buzz word to making an appointment. If you have researched well and found a provider that has an ad or web site that gives you the information you need that's a start. Her price should be on her web site, her ad, and in her profile here on TER. Look for her here on TER. Find her reviews. See that she has many reviews. See that her reviewers have written many reviews. Read the details to see that she provides excellent service and provides the services you want. Read her profile.

Don't see ladies that don't have the amount stated in their information. Don't see ladies that don't have reviews. Make sure the reviews are good ones. Don't believe the ad that says "Well reviewed", check the reviews for yourself.

You will need VIP membership here to have access to this information. VIP is $30 a month for new members. Very inexpensive considering you will be spending $200 - $400 or more on the time you spend with this provider. (You can cancel the membership at the end of the month before it renews if you must.) During that month you can do a lot of research. When you decide to make contact use the method her site or ad instructs you to use. (E-mail, phone call, text) Don't ask questions that she has answered on her site or in the ad.

Don't see ladies that don't screen.
Screening is what the provider does to make sure you are not the police, a rapist, robber, a guy that doesn't respect her boundaries, etc. She wants to know she will be safe having you at her in call or being at your out call location. There are verification (screening) services (P411, Date Check, RoomService200) that do charge a membership fee. They screen you and vouch for you with the provider. Even then some providers want more information from you to be satisfied you are an OK guy to see.

Whether you join a service or not you will need to see providers that are friendly to new guys (newbie friendly). Some providers won't see anyone that doesn't have references from other providers. The ones that will see new guys want personal information like your real name, employment information, and phone number. They want to be able to see you are who you say you are and that you do have a job that isn't Law Enforcement looking to arrest them.

You may decide that you don't want to be screened. There are providers that don't screen but that isn't safe. She could be a robber that will take your money and run. She may have a pimp or boy friend that will do the robbing. It's quite possible the provider that doesn't screen is a law enforcement officer looking to arrest you. Since you don't want to run into LE make sure the lady screens.

Summary

To avoid Law Enforcement research the provider as described above. Be sure to see a lady that screens.
TER isn't the only tool but it's one of the best.

Where should you look to find more information?
Look in the Self-Help Center. That link is on the upper right of the discussion board under the red and white life preserver. It's also at the bottom of the Quick Links list on the My TER page. My question is, you say:

and as a new provider, I am wondering, why employment verification? So truth be told, I ASK, but never verify and this is why: on the flip side, if I was a hobbyist, say I'm self-employed, married, or just private and discreet, wouldn't it be awful to be employment verified? For those open to it, I feel they should use sites like P411. However, I feel there's other ways to screen, verify, and get around this.

No matter what, as a provider, I'm ALWAYS taking a risk with a newbie, as cops can lie their ass off! C'mon now, we all know this!!

They could send me a fake ID, give me a fake name, use fake references, and even fake employment info! They know the game too...

hmmmm...Let's see...

I was explaining to him how to avoid LE. I included some things to expect He can certainly expect to be asked for employment info as a way of screening him since he is a newbie. (There are other ways but most providers that say anything about it on here say employment info.)

So are you saying what I said was wrong or are you saying providers shouldn't use employment info to screen? You of course are free to do as you choose.

As far as lying you are correct LE will lie. Potential clients can lie too. But for providers that use employment info it's usually a simple phone call to the place of business where they pretend to be a doctor/dentist etc and want to remind of an appointment. They ask for him by name when the office operator answers. That way they can know the potential client actually works there as he said. That's all they need. Then when he arrives at her in call she asks to see his license so she knows it's the same client. He can cover all the license info but his name and photo.

It's another discussion for another time if you don't believe this is acceptable. Many mongers agree with you. But that doesn't make what I said incorrect.

P411 is a way to avoid this but sometimes with a newbie providers still want more even if they do have P411. They have stated that here on this board.

Let's see...you are always at risk with a newbie. Correct. You are even at risk with a monger that is not a newbie if you've never seen him before just not as much risk as with a newbie.

Yes, LE could do all those things you listed. That is not in dispute. It's unlikely though because it's a lot of work for one bust.

The OP though was about him avoiding LE. I gave him some common ways to do that.

So since you replied to me I'd like to know if you agreed with what I said. Disagreed with what I said or just wanted to throw in your two cents.

I'm going to encourage you to keep reading here and learn things. Based on your previous posts and my knowledge of those posts along with research done by me and others here in regard to your posts you need to listen and take advice for a while. Give it some time and allow yourself to get some experience before you hand out advice and/or criticism.
