Anyone ever caught by LE

I was just wondering if cops ever arrest people or do busts on these deals.  Do they do stings, and if so who gets in more trouble, provider or providee?
I've also seen some people talk about being careful with agencies.  Is it because they do stings through agencies?  I'm not talking about the shady ones, I'm talking about the ones that have good reviews about the girls that go there.  Like LE forcing the place to help catch people.

*Angencies* are far more desirable than single ladies.
However harder to bring up on charges other than racketeering. Because the Services nowadays only screen the clients and are not involved with any exchanges of donations.. its much more difficult to get anything on them. However if by watching postings and their advertising methods enough info can be obtained. Why they are so desirable- in plea bargaining prosecutors will attempt to get them to dish on the girls by saying they took money from them in order to set up a "sex-counter" and they will get off on less charges for such info. You bring in 7 girls from a site thats a pretty helluva qouta matcher for the month.

No its not you who are risk. Men seem to be more afraid of LE than they should be. They arent after you. I cant say this enough. Your not the one making the money. We are. You will be fined prob not even booked and sent on  your way. We face jail  records court appearances and constant police surveillance from there on out for at least 6 months.
Stings do not occur when you set up a private date with a provider. If she has reviews she isnt a cop. Stings happen in Brothels Massage Parlors and Houses.
Stay away from those and your good to go.

Cool, thanks.
You responded so quickly.  I was just a little concerned because in L.A. I heard that they made some law about if you use a car in the process, they will confiscate and sell your car.  I worried that they were cracking down or something like that.

I heard that they are going after the independants from out of town .. I hear its federal. they are trying to get girls from out of state as its a felony to travel accross state lines. And its a mis if you are local in NY.
They say to many out of towners . they are really cracking down big time..

things get a little hotter.
Attorney ashcroft put out a memo that was posted some months back in The Washington Journal on deviant sexual behavior and how the department of justice intends to investigate it.
Primarily their target is the internet due to Interstate deviance fraud and federal regs on money and the exchange of such for favors or anything "nauuuuuughty"
Low profiles help endure sexual expression unfortunately especially for us Providers we need to be on the leading edge to pay our bills.
It comes in waves and right now we are riding a hot one of heavy LE

I must admit, one of the reasons I did not consider seeing a provider earlier in my life was because I was afraid of LE.
I knew that most LE was after the providers but I figured if there was even a 1% chance of getting in trouble, then it wasn't worth it.
I have heard now and then about the customers getting busted in NYC, not often but sometimes. Most of the times it was men going after women cops pretending to be street hookers. That also has happened on the Vegas strip sometimes.
One time several years ago, there was an undercover sting operation when a bunch of female cops pretended to be an agency and caught the basketball player James Worthy.
So indeed it does happen, but rarely.
My view is if you stick with the indy's on the net, then you are fine, especially if they have reviews.
Just my 2 cents.
