I am new to this "hobby", always in MPLS on bi-weel=kly bus trips. A few question along my journey for TER users and providers. (1) Sorry to ask, what does DATY stand for?  T=tonge and Y=pussy I presume. (2) why o providers communicate with you, then often within 1-2 hours they simply go "quiet" and I never hear from them again?  Are they scared I am LE, multiple bookings and I get dumped, they just decide to do something else, what?? I am a business guy and would have no clients if I did that.  I understand providers are in control, but thought they wanted to make some $$.  Thanks.

There's a list of acronyms somewhere on TER.  Search for it, as there are a LOT of acronyms.  DATY is dining at the Y, aka a clam snack, poontang treat, etc etc.

As for  scheduling--who knows.  Some are great at the admin aspect of the job, some are not.

Latest was this past Monday night.  Set appointment with a Mandy, told me where she was on that Sunday.  I fly in, texting her.  She tells me at airport her CC got declined, but she has a cozy apartment by the river and I could meet her there. I ask if I can buy her a glass of wine 15 min before.  She says how great that would be, but wants me to bring it and tells me what to bring.  I get in, buy the wine, texts her that I am ready for address (within an hour), and ...dead, no further response.  Have not heard sense, and I am back home now.  Pissed me off.

Starting out is difficult but please avoid starting with backpage for now. Once you get the hang of things, fine. Spend 250 or 300 and look for a nice girl on the MN Ad board. You will be glad you did. You have VIP membership which is good start. Read up on their reviews and you will find what you are looking for.

I really like the urban dictionary for all the acronyms used around here. It's easy to find (I just google it each time), and loaded with about any acronym - sex related or not - you could ever want to know about.

i found 5 mandy's on a search of the minnesota providers..every single one has horrendous reviews..lesson earned..do your homework before you book..

1.  DATY means "dining at the Y," which means giving oral sex to the provider.

2.  No one-size-fits-all reason fits for this.  And unless you give context, there is no chance at even guessing what the answer might be.  It just might be that she feels like you are just kicking tires and are a waste of her time.  Or it could be that she is in session.  Or you could have said something that set her off.

With regard to point 2...give us an example of the things you ask her and over what time period, as well as her response.

For starters, learn the lingo. If you submitted your info to a provider that tickles your fancy, just wait to hear back from her. If you don't hear anything within a few hours...don't panic. The provider could be screening you and other gentlemen as well.

I'm speaking for myself here... I don't have an assistant or someone else to pick up my overflow. Between screening, entertaining clients while enjoying my civie life, there are only 24 hours in a day. Did you try to make last minute plans? A lot of us have other things going on besides entertaining gentlemen. You brought up a point and said "...if you did this, you wouldn't have any clients." I'm sure you have an assistant, receptionist, etc. A lot of us work alone for privacy and security reasons.

Next time mention you're seeking a same day appointment. Just be more specific when you make arrangements in the future. This will ensure that everyone is on the same page.
