Where do I put the logo or banner when I post??  
How do I get picture links?

here are the answers.

1. Look in the self help center, there is a section on ad posting guidelines, it will help you with the banners.

2. You have to post your pics on a site like 'imagecoast' so each pic will have it's own url.  There are other sites, but that one seems to be the most popular.
