If there was a new, duplicate Profile created from a recent review / reviewer, TER admin are not always consistent about how they combine them.  Sometimes, they combine them and delete the OLD profile number; sometimes they combine them and delete the NEW profile number.  Search by phone number and a few other data fields to see if you're still there but with some changed info.  Maybe the "new" profile misspelled your name.
