I have read a few responses regarding hobbyist who do not see women without reviews.

I am a new provider, and I mainly post on BP and cityvibe. So far I have met some wonderful people who were very impressed with me in person.

But my question is....what does a hobbyist look for in a new providers ads??

I have posted a beautiful ad on Eros, and from what I have read here, it was money down the drain, if ads are ignored due to lack of reviews.

So any suggestions?

It is not money down the drain at all.  Once you start reading here on TER it is easy to fall into thinking that every guy who pays for sex reads this board and you will never book another appointment again without reviews.  This is simply not the case. Many, in fact most men who hobby don't know or don't care about TER.

There is nothing wrong with asking the men who see you if they belong to TER and if they would mind writing a review for you. Patience is the key but as long as you provide good service no  advertising is wasted.

Set up an effective, private email account. Put ads on EROS and Cityvibe using only the email address. You want to distinguish your ads from those of ROBs, upsellers and ripoffs. The quick money crowd use phone numbers, they can't wait to get the money and run. Email contact allows you to get to know a hobbyist before meeting him. My email contacts with providers result in meetings within 3 to 7 days. The flow of business will be slow at first but the hobbyists that you meet will have computer literacy and are likely to be members of review sites.

But thank you for letting me know that, that was not the case at all.....I had vowed to not post on eros again until I had a review.

But now that I got your input, which makes so much sense to me. I will def. try again.

I know there are tons of places to advertise, But I don't know of many. So I have started in places that I have heard of, and hopefully if I study TER a bit more. I will find new places.

I think it is a two way street, just as a provider feels that she needs to screen a hobbyist, a hobbyist can screen a provider on TER.  However, a good two way email exchange can compensate for a review.

Thanks so much guys....I am def. going to try that. I try using just an email add. and see how that works.

I tried it once and got no responses...but nothing beats a try than a failure.

a few months before your first review here. I've been in the biz for only 3 months, and already have returns, repeats and regulars - none of whom write reviews.  

Besides (and it took me a long time to realize this), most of the time the caveat for seeing only girls with reviews is aimed at the new HOBBYIST, who might not know what to look for in a provider.  Old hands at hobbying often TOFTT (take one for the team) with new providers.

Where I live, 95% of the ads on Eros and Cityvibe don't disclose rates. I assume every one of them is a ripoff, and would never contact any of them if they didn't have reviews. If you include rates and a pretty good indication of what I can expect from you in your ad, I might contact you without reviews.

First off get out of the habit of thinking Everyone who plays in this business is a Ter member...they are Not.
I am in Boston, I run an ongoing eros ad every month without question. It pays for itself no doubt.
Here in Boston like most major cities there are a great deal of traveling businessmen who don't read Ter don't participate here and have never heard of Ter either.
They are in town on business and eros captures their attention. They look there first, it's a more polished site than BP and CV But they too are sites i also advertise on as well as Ter weekly.
You may want to start asking your clients where they found your ad. that will give you a much clearer view of what is working for you.
I value all ad venues they all serve a purpose and seem to all bring in business so i don't discount any of them. It's all advertising.
Look at it this way, If your eros ad costs around $120 one call off that ad even for a 1hr date you still have made a great profit and what i get off eros along with the one hr appts on a weekly average is about 2 four hour dinner dates at least.
So my eros ad brings in a great deal of revenue.
You are new to this game so no, you don't have reviews, it will escalate when you do but even still I do believe it was a good and wise investment.
Now about not having any reviews, no worries girl. Concentrate on what you do and promoting yourself well and in time the reviews will come.
Also, we have slow times in this business just like any other business so don't worry January is always a bit slower the last half of the month.
Just do what you do, get on the regional board and get your name out there. Read everything you can and ask what ever you need to. Educate yourself on this business and what you need to know about it. It's a learn as you go kinda experience but by all means be safe.
Always listen to your gutt. In the end no matter what if your gutt says No it's got to be No! Don't try and think it through just roll with it.

I want them to go to my website read up on me and be sure i am what they are looking for.
Most gentlemen I see even for the first time have gone to my site read my rates reviews and know  what i am all about before they actually pick the phone up n call me.
I prefer it to be a comfortable fit so i encourage them to do their research by Not listing rates in my ads. Doesn't hurt my business any in fact I believe its directed the Gentlemen who are a better fit in my direction. I never have to discuss pricing, just time desired, they already know what my time is valued at from my site and their research.

By looking at it I can give you better feedback.

Most provider ads I see don't have a link to a website. To be clearer, I meant that an ad with nothing more than pictures, stock verbiage about how great she is, and contact info would never get a response from me.

I have not observed what you have with rates. ROBs take what ever they can get, so a posted rate means nothing, at least in my base region. I have found the unreviewed providers that are reasonably patient in allowing me to develop a comfort level with them are the real deal. I prefer email contact with unreviewed ladies because I have that the ones who respond and answer followup questions have been good finds.

Give email time to work. Also, start posting your ad on your regional TER discussion board. Join discussions on your regional board, but avoids religious and political discussions.

Give a hobbyists some idea of what he is in for by booking you or will miss if he does not book you. Check the pictures in your ad. Pictures that get my attention allow me to get some idea of how attractive a woman is without allowing me to identify her, I bypass blurred face ads. A skilled photographer can take side angle shots of your face, hair and body that highlight your features without allowing identification. But of course, if your dad sees your ad and remember the birthmark from bathing when you were a baby, just ask him "dad, what were you doing on that site?" )).

Ditto on the e-mail on a free service, not linked to your main account.
You should use a separate phone as well so you can shut off business calls when necessary.

A web site is a huge help.  Keep it up to date.  Put a TER logo that links back then you can put it in ads on your local regional board (1 ad per 7 days).  
A few photos that show you from differant angles so reassure they are you.  (I consider single photos run again & again to be suspect.)  Need not show face.  Need not be explicit.  
Somewhere you need to give price...  I'll not call if I can not find a price.  
Ads with lower than norm for my area are always B&S or lesser time or lesser services.  Around here 200 / hr is minimum...  

Participate on boards here daily if you can.  Guys see your personality & get comfortable with you even though you have no reviews yet.  I've found a couple this way.

B & S, ROB, C & D, etc.  My suggestion to you is to develop a board presence so veteran guys will know something about you.  I have seen many ladies without reviews because I first became attracted to them by reading their posts.

 BP is a wonderful place for providers to regularly get gobs of sycophantic and effusive praise by epicene door mats raised by bitter single mothers( A smarmy, over protective/possessive site administrator “pimp” and his moderators makes sure of this); but the site is worthless for getting any quantifiable business( as you have witnessed).  

 Don’t be a douche-bag and waist your money advertising on the pretentious sister company/escort-mall to BP “City Source"(If  the resident delusional divas at BP haven’t yet recommended it; “Desperado” soon will)

Without TER reviews you simply have no credibility; Period!
