In the general details of the review make the first sentence something like this. "This review is for  (put her TER Provider ID# and old name here). She has recently changed her name to (put her new name here)".

I would do the above anyway to make sure there is no confusion. The TER provider ID# makes sure the review gets connected to the right provider.

Naomi's idea of a problem report will work too. The provider can do the problem report as easy as you can. She can also use the "contact us" and inform TER of the name change and ask that they fix it.

How do I link her old reviews with my new review? She currently has no reviews under her new name, but she has dozens of reviews under her old name.

I tried searching for this topic, but there are too many hits when you search for "name change review," and there's nothing in the review FAQ about it. The young lady I am reviewing has no objection but, like me, she also has no idea how to attach the old reviews to the new ones. Veteranos - any suggestions?

click "report a problem" and when the box pops up tell them this provider is now going by the name ___ and you need to link the reviews together.

Interesting. So if you write that in the general section of the review, will the TER folks delete that part before they post the review?

My only concern would be, if they leave it in the review, then it might ruin the flow of my melodic prose!  :)

it will remain the beginning of the General Details.

The choice is yours. Ruin your prose or deal with having to get things corrected when the review is connected to the wrong provider or the provider is given a completely new and separate profile. It has happened and it happened to a provider with over 100 reviews. Suggestion: put in a paragraph break and begin the prose in the new paragraph.

...posted, Gladys can make a problem report saying she used to be "Gertrude" and would like both names to be combined under one TER ID no.  Then she'll be listed under her first ID no. as Gladys/Gertrude.

She will get delisted when somebody firgures out she is working under 2 names to get 2 sets of reviews and then guys could write reivews for her under 2 names and get extra vip

That is just a cluster fuck train wreck and it's not right for the rest of us who use one name!

Contact  TER and straighten it out the correct way!  File a problem report.  Until you do it will be looked at as though she is trying to hide something.
