I've been at this for a couple of months so I guess I'm still a "newbie". This afternoon I arrived at "my location" and found a huge bouquet of flowers at my front door. No note, card or anything indicating who they were from.  I got no word from any clients and I'm honestly not sure if I should be happy with a sweet gesture or a bit freaked out?!  Anyone ever hear of this kind of behavior?!  Better yet, anyone want to fess up because I really don't like mysteries!!

and not your personal home.  (And I hope no one combines the two, for safety's sake.)

If the later, then you could have a real problem on your hands.

Some guys think it is very romantic to be an anomynous gifter; and I doubt you'll ever find out.

I also know that it freaks some gals out as it might feel a bit like stalking.

I like to give gifts, and I've even sent flowers on occasion; but I always make sure they know whom it was from.

Sounds like a client has 'Fallen for You (a provider) & can't get up'.  I would be freaked out.  How many people passing by saw this...  drawing unwanted attention to you & putting you at risk?  Is this client stalking you?  Has he crossed the line between Love & Lust?   The L-O-V-E word is like poison to most providers.  At the first hint of a client not realizing that it is hormonal (designed to safeguard cave women & cave babies from the dinos), he is shown the door & dropped, blocked & never sees her again.
A provider can not afford a jealous stalker.
This So NOT OK.

I understand all of what I should be concerned with...I slept restlessly last night worrying about
all the potential problems this could cause ...until....I got a text message from the "mystery man"
Thankfully, I now know who left the flowers and he thought I'd know it was him based on the types of flowers that were in the bouquet and how they related to a prior conversation we had!  He couldn't be more sorry for worrying me but at least now I know it's a harmless situation.  Thanks for the feedback!
I must say, for a variety of reasons, the short amont of time that I've spent in this arena have been some of the most interesting times of my life!!  Some in a good way, some not so much...but definately keeping me on my toes!

You are either going about this wrong, or you are seeing some interesting, and tall, clients, if that is what you are on. Let me know if you would like me to suggest some other positions.

Probably a lame attempt at levity...

Zig I was expecting a reply like this from at least one person ;).  My toes may curl frequently but I assure you I'm not on them while it's happening! :)

Enjoy the day!
