Forget about anonymity. Even before you get to that, regular PP enforces its rules about "allowed" transactions. If it suspects something like P4P, PP will freeze accounts and seize funds. PP GIFT CARDS, purchased anonymously at brick and mortar stores, are another matter and possibly safer than any other GCs.
On the cash app you can put any name and handle... And send anonymous. They are not known for being sex work friendly but don't put something suspicious in the memo line obviously. I have not had problems.
