I spent hours reading provider reviews looking for what I wanted, e.g. kissing,BBBJ and licking and picked Hana at Oriental Bliss based on her great reviews.  During our session I found that she didn't kiss, licking wasn't allowed and only CBJ.  How is it possible that all the reviews were wrong?

All reviews are YMMV, your mileage may vary. Just because the lady does certain things with one guy does not guarantee she will do it all with everyone. The way to look at reviews is that the lady is open to certain things and to see if she will do them with you.

Also, sounds like Oriental Bliss is a massage place. Massage parlors are notorious for giving you a different girl and calling her by any name that you want if the true lady is busy or not there. Did the lady match the physical description on the profile and as mentioned in the reviews?

I think it was the same lady.  The picture on the website is not totally clear.  Is it SOP to ask what services are available from the provider when I first arrive and before the donation is taken care of?

MichaelCA was accurate.  Most providers do not provide the same service to all clients.  There are a lot of reasons for this, maybe it is the business that you tried, or maybe the lady was not attracted to you for some reason.
    You can ask about services when you walk into a business but unless you know for sure that it is legitimate then you could be diggin a hole for yourself.
    If I was you, I would chalk the the situation that you had up to experience and move on.  You may examine some things about your appearance also, there may be some changes that you may want to make that will still allow you to be healthy and happy as a person.

Thanks for your response.  As I am a well-groomed, reasonably attractive guy, I will choose to chalk this one up to YMMV or that AMPs are notorious for this and should be avoided.
