You will more than likely be throwing your money away. As has been said here numerous times, Craig's List is a poor resource for a newbie, stick with the well reviewed ladies here at TER. There are enough well reviewed ladies to keep you busy for a long long time.
It may be hit or miss, but you can find real gems. I met my current ATF through CL--we now have a regular and exclusive arrangement. I was looking for something very specific and screened a lot of ads through painstaking email and phone interviews, but I found her. She would not have been in TER, by the very nature of what I was seeking. But I admit this is unusual.
