some one is pretended/posing to be one the top 100 reviewers. I happen to be his most recent review.  
5 ladies now have emailed me with simply a mans email, and a ter alias.

 
to the guys and the girls we need to also use a guys phone number when screening, and as far as checking if the email belongs to the alias he claims to be ,
here is a quick step by step instruction for people who may have a brain like mine and need easier step by step instructions.

here is a step by step .
On how to cross reference a gents email address to see if it is the same email address that is associated with the alias he is claiming to be, Quite often they try and say they are some one they are not,

 
1. go to ter
2. See across top it says : My ter, Reviews, Mail, Discussion Boards, Site Reviews, Chat
click on " Reviews"
You will now see an option to Select New reviews, Search reviews, chat w/ provider, Search, Top 100, Ter plug in,
click on "Search"
Now scroll Down it Reads "escort Reviews"  then "Search by Reviewers"
Here you will find an option type in a reviewers user name or email.
if some one cantacts you with a certain email and claims to be a certain reviewer. Ask them to be certain they are using the same email associated with thier ter account to contact you so you can verify that thats them.

you can whitelist them by following same directions. also.
just type in reviewers name and then view thier reviews and whitelists scroll down to add a whitelist to thier alias account.

Searching by reviewer has been the most valuable tool on this site for me so far! The alias thing, on the other hand, totally freaks me out... but I think that's another topic.

OK, he might not have VIP...  but if he can't PM you then there's no PROOF he is said TER member.   There are plenty of ways to get VIP.

I went to search by reviewers and it did not give me an option to search by email - is that only available to providers, or am I just missing it?

I am glad to know a lady can link my email to my TER handle (which I never share, actually), though not exactly glad that she can. I preferred to keep my TER handle to myself unless I am asked and/or choose to share it. I am pretty easy to screen, but I thought I had some idea what information about me was easily available, and now I find out there is more than I thought.

So, is it correct that: providers can search for TER reviews by the email address of the reviewer, and only providers can do that? Yes, I know reviewers can search for providers by email address, so this makes some sense, but I did not know about it.

... about the reference to "alias" and white lists. The OP seemed to indicate it's possible to white list someone through his/her alias.
