How do you search somebody on here if they give you their board handle as a reference ? Thanks for any advice.

Reviews tab --> Search --> search whitelist --> type in their username.

You'll see the reviews they've written and whitelists they've received, if they have them visible.

You can also search by author on the boards to see their posts, but you have to do so board by board. Make sure they PM you here to be sure they are who you think they are. (Insert Denny Green joke here)

Just go into the forum you want to search then click the Search button. You can do the same for Reviews.

Perhaps as a Provider with VIP you might also have some other options.

Many use the terms inchangeably and it often doesn't matter but it would a benefit to be specific.

You don't need the number, just their logon ID.

To prove they are who they say they are. It would be fairly simple to give another's screen name through an outside email and have you verify that they have x number of white lists, unless they pm through ter, p411 or can post something under their screen name you don't know for sure who you are talking to.

I don't have access to the providers-only area :(  
I'm bad at technology and figuring out boards sometimes so I think I need to post more to be granted access.  

I will definitely be getting people to do the private message thing though to make sure it is actually their account. Very smart ideas !

I figured the easiest way is to get them to PM me on here. I've had people do it and then I click on them and it links me pretty easily.  

It's also a really smart suggestion to have them inbox me directly from here since it's true anyone can come across a board handle and pretend it is their own.
