What do I say when I call...I'm new to this!

And then, that you'd like to meet with her. Usually giving her a specific time and date helps. Make certain you look on her website as to how she likes to be contacted, what sort of screening she requires. And, never talk specifics (money, or menu items). All of that should be pretty clear from her website.

Go to the top of the newbie board and read the newbie manual and everything else. By the time you do this you will know exactly what to say, how to say it and probably hook up with some of the nicest ladies you will ever meet!!!

Good luck!!...DB8

thats a very good question and more Gentlemen should put some thought into that exact question
before they dial the number and get all tongue tied. Happens All the time. Some are just stupid, they will never get it, others are just rude and don't care to get it...then there are the newbies and they struggle with what to say once they do call.
Its really simple, be yourself be respectful and think through what you want to say first.

Its no different than calling anyone else really.

Let me tell you what not to say first....

You are not calling about the price of oil or buying a refrigerator so calling and starting with
"calling about your rates" well thats a big turn off and not someone I want as a client.

ask for her by name like any other call.
introduce yourself and be polite, be yourself.
Do Not discuss money, thats all on her site and you should have done your homework so you would already know this.
Besides this could leave you listening to a dial tone.
Just relax...we are people just like you, we get nervous as well meeting new people sometimes. It can be unnerving.
Its all good though as long as you are a Gentleman.

Have fun.

Great advice sweetnicole!! That bit of info will only help us all, good luck rookie!! Belle.

Then, get yourself VIP membership so that you can read the full contents of reviews, and have the ability to PM other members.  After that, off to school.  Do as much homework as you need, and be selective as to who you will consider seeing.  Be sure to read the ladies' websites as well...most include an etiquette page for anyone that wishes to contact them.  After you are done with this, you will know what to say (and not say) when you pick up the phone to make that first call, or send that first e-mail...

You are going to be nervous when you make your first call, and probably again when the door opens and you see her the first time. It will get better, but may never go away. I still get nervous when meeting a new friend. As some have suggested, read the manual and get all the information you need, then find yourself a lady who appeals to you and make the call. Tell her who you are, and that you'd be interested in meeting her for X hours on XX date at XX O'Clock.

Good luck and you'll be fine.

Also always try to smile right before they pick up or while the phone is ringing (just think about why you are calling).

I have been told that your voice sounds more pleasant and friendly when you are smiling.
