which is free.

VIP allows you to read the details of reviews and
to have more review search options.

Basic (free) accounts differ from VIP accounts in the following ways.

No access to JUICY DETAILS in reviews.
No access to PRIVITE MAIL.
No access to REGIONAL CHAT ROOMS.

No access to Mr. Info's private phone number (just kidding).

I don't think I left out anything.

No access to SERVICES OFFERED in reviews.
No access to COST OF SERVICES in reviews.
Inabilty to to do provider searches using any of those search criteria.

Gotta have that VIP.

no ability to check a reviewer's review history / credibility

and

no ability to search the database for a providers phone number to see if the number is associated with ripoff providers / agencies.
