About a potential client on sites like P411?  How much is revealed?

p411 is an invaluable tool for providers..they can see your basic info. your profile usually tells them what they want to know..some ask for additional references but the majority dont..once you have enough oks listed..they can pretty well tell if you are going to be a good client or not..in other words they see as much as they want to see to decide..

Is what they are going to see. You are the one who fills out the profile so it is up to you what you put on there.
Besides the profile, they will see how many OKs you have, and who gave them to you.

Also, only providers who you give your P411 ID to, can see that information. (Someone you contacted through P411, or someone you may have given your id to via email etc.) It's not like any provider can search out your info on P411.

i agree..in fact p411 does not recommend giving your id out to ANYONE..e-mails included without their ok..they want everything kept in house through the proper requests for appointments..

How can a provider find your profile on P411 if you don't give her your ID#?  It's not like you also have a handle there she can search.

What harm can there be if she has your ID#?  All that's there is info you've put up yourself, none of it sensitive stuff in my case.  And no one can hack the account with just the ID# because you also have a password.

seen or made known to anyone. What you put in your profile is seen by providers who are members of the site if they have your ID.

i am just stating gina,s policy in this regard..if you are a member it can be found under 'giving out your client id' in the extras section..she is worried about the integrity and safety of her clients and providers alike..i dont make the rules ..i just follow them..

Do they see any of the info I filled out when getting my account setup with Gina.  And I take it the answer is "no".  Thanks.

HOw many OK's is enough for a provider?

on P411, some will mention newbie friendly, newbie friendly with references or an exact number of okays from P411 before she will meet with you.
