Can I create more than one alias? or can I change my existing alias?  If the answer to either or both is yes, where do I do that?  I remember I created this under the option in "MY TER" but now there is no option to create or change the alias.  Appreciate any help.

Back in the days people could create as many aliases as they liked. That feature was discontinued by TER earlier this year.

If you want to change your alias, I suggest you contact TER using Contact US link at the bottom. They are the only ones who can help you.

Multiple aliases were allowed prior to Feb of 2012. Now the rule is one alias per username. You are allowed to change it, but you have to contact admin and ask them to change it. Apparently they allow you to change it once every three months.
