communicating with escorts? One that emphasizes the kinds of communication that will result in no further communication?

I have looked around but nothing really emphasizes communication as much as I would like.

I can write that up for ya real quick lol. BRB. Various blogs talk about all types of things and most "Etiquette" pages talk about this on personal websites, so he may just want to search around. An auto response is also a good idea to list a few things, you will NOT respond to.

Things like "Hey, baby R U available 2 nite?" Delete!  

"Can we do x, y, and z?" Delete!

"How much for an hour," when her rates page is like right there. Delete!  

Basically suggesting anything sexual over email, or talking about rates for sexual services, writing like you have not passed 3rd grade even in a public school, or one liners with no screening information.

It is customary and common sense to provide some indication in the very first email that you are willing to provide the information she requires, or an alternate form.  

Damn...I sure hope that's what you are asking, because I am going to feel like a big dumb ass, if not bwahahhaah.

The particular gent I am communicating with is an elderly gent and says he's not done this before. He keeps making subtle references to... Things that make me uncomfortable responding to his emails. I believe it's his first time and that he's just clueless but I just don't want to take any chances.. I was going to just write a short polite note with a little link to something specifically about what not to refer to in your emails. The link provided makes one reference, and I am sure he doesn't see himself as that person. It needs to explain that both veiled and explicit references are equally taboo. Does that make sense?

Sarah, I noticed that many ladies on their website, usually on the Contact me page,  include a statement like: "..emails with any explicit or vulgar language will not be responded to.." I always wondered why any "gentlemen" would even need to be reminded of that? - but I can see how a "newbie" may not realize that asking about specific acts (DFK, Daty, BBBJ, etc) is not allowed; just like discussions relating to payment. I don't know if you have something like that written on your website - if you do, you may send him a short polite email referencing  that page on your website or just copy paste those words directly into your email. From your post it sounds like he "means well" but is just ignorant of proper protocol; maybe he will get the message and respond to you more appropriately.

Yes he is just not au fait with the protocol. He doesn't probably even know the acronyms. He just makes references to foreplay, etc. maybe I will do what London said and write a blog post. He's so cute- he writes in spite of my not having responded in a couple of days. Thanks for your help!

Why don't you hurry and go write a blog entry about what NOT do say and do, when hiring an escort, and then link it from your site. Or, you can create an auto response entry that has that link at the end of it, which will be sent out automatically when you get an email.
