Many providers welcome advance booking but everyone's definition of advance booking is different. I welcome bookings months in advance some providers might not. I would suggest taking a look at the provider's website and see if she mentions about advance booking. Never hurts to reach out now to see what her availability is. On the other hand, if it's not a particular person you want to see, I've always found that if you start making contact about 10 days in advance, you shouldn't have any problems finding someone that fits your fancy. Hey it Vegas after all - right!

I go on conventions to LV and other cities and line up gals months ahead.
I check in with them once a month just to let them know it's on the level and then a week ahead and a day ahead as well.
I've never had anyone show any sign of annoyance, indeed I think they like the fact that I show interest.
Also, when a traveling gal shows an interest in coming to your town, it's good to contact them early and often so that you get the day and time you want, and also to encourage them to actually make the trip which they may cancel if there is little or no interest shown
on one certain evening, then determine who you want to see and contact her now. It is wise to have a plan B and C in case you need options as the time gets closer and maybe A doesn't respond to your follow-up email since she found someone for a longer date. This does happen from time to time.
