From LA/OC, brand new to the hobby. VIP member and 411 Verified. Friend who used to do this introduced me and gave me the lowdown... envelopes, two call, separate phone etc. Feel like I've done due diligence research and ready to jump in. Been combing through TER for my first experience (incredible aid btw, keep up the great work) - having some trouble finding a provider who meets these criteria:
1. Newbie friendly 2. 10+ reviews 3. less than $500/hr 4. LA/OC located
There's certainly a variety in LA but many seem to request references ahead of time. Sent out a few emails, but so far they're either traveling or got no response. Trying to be careful. Searched via 411 but, more than TER, hitting stale or... questionable listings.
They're very easy on the wallet & eyes and give a great GFE time. Do a search of TER reviews, use OC as the location and Asian as the ethnicity. Also check the new reviews. Also check "newbie friendly" providers on P411.

Thanks. I should have included that I have already done a bit of searching/favoriting here and through 411, and contacted some with no success so far. 411 results for LA with 'newbie friendly' was where some of those sketchy results got returned.
this post really belongs on the ISO board or the LA or OC board, not here. However, you might catch some flack on the Cali boards, as you are asking the guys to do your research for you. Many guys will tell you to do the research yourself.
For myself, I would never recommend a provider I have seen to a guy I know nothing about. Your best bet is to keep looking or maybe change your parameters for providers. One thing you didn't mention is the age bracket of the ladies you desire, that could be something to look at as well. P411 is the only verification site I'm aware of that lets the providers indicate that they are newbie friendly on their profile.
