the self help manual before asking questions, it would save us a lot of time. They remind me a lot of many of my students (retired teacher) as I would get the same questions over and over. You had to learn to have a lot of patience.
But, Sarah, I understand your feelings about the whole thing.

to see newbies!!
They ask all the wrong questions and then get pissed off when you don't answer to their liking. Delete.

It takes a special kind of lady to be newbie friendly, just like it takes a special kind of client to TOFTT with newbie providers. ![]()
On the other hand there are some guys that have been at this a while and still ask the wrong questions!
I just figured since I am a[n online] newbie, I should be newbie friendly. It sucks to be a newbie, so I try to sympathize.
But I am amazed that these characters ask what they ask.
I don't even feel I can write them back without repercussions.
I think it speaks of your personality that you want to be newbie friendly, but in reality it is generally better for newbie clients to see experienced providers, and for newbie providers to see experienced clients. After the training wheels come off and you get through the learning curve then, you can decide if you want to be newbie friendly, and from the client side, if he wants to TOFTT.
It would be nice if both newbie hobbyists and providers would take an online course on TER.
Lol!! I wish!

life presserver in the upper right-hand corner of each board. The title--Self-Help Manual.
You are ready for the advanced course while many newbie guys need to take the course again.
a newbie is like the new kid on the block..he really feels awkward and doesnt know what to say to fit in..some give up and run home to mommy..the ones who stay learn from the others..sooner or later they fit right in..they become a part of the group and hopefully pass down what they have learned to the NEW new kid on the block..that is what hobbying and this board is all about..
Too bad they won't join the damn board. lol! I do try to guide them here. I tell them they can find all they need to know about anyone they contact here. You can lead a horse to water...
Although I do prefer gents that have experience, I will see newbies. Not only do I ask for references or review links in my initial e-mail, but I also use this wording to keep newbies out of trouble:
"If you're new to this hobby or if it's been awhile since you've seen an escort, please take some time to read this informative article, 'A Guide to Escort Etiquette.' You'll find a link on my website."
I've had several men thank me for directing them to a "study guide."
Kisses to all,
Marie in Asheville
One of the most comprehensive and well written guides to this business that I have seen. Although much of what is written should be instinctive to anyone considering seeing an escort, it should nevertheless be required reading for every newbie and not bad as a refresher course for those who were once newbies!
I see many new to the hobby clients and rarely have a problem. As I see it, today's newbie is tomorrow's regular.
So the last guy emails me and asks if I am available on such-and-such a day. I email back, saying yes, I am. I ask him to send me the screening info I need on my rsvp page. He emails back saying he can't give any references, he's from [some other less-developed country], he's an accountant and married. Visiting on business. So I decided to take a chance with him as I just had a really nice experience with someone similar.
We agree to a suitable form of screening, plan a date, and I reserve a place in an area that suits both of us for the next afternoon. After we confirm the date, he then emails me to ask if he can bring his cousin. ???!!! Of course, I say no. He writes back that he will come alone. Then he writes to ask if we will make love. ???!!!
I wrote back (against my better judgment- I usually immediately delete these) saying I never discuss such things. He writes back to ask what I would be wearing. I told him a slinky little dress. He wrote back, "Dresssss???? I'd like to cancel." And I couldn't get a refund on the place. >
Luckily I was able to fill in with another gentleman with whom I had been planning an engagement, but what a jerk!
I think the link Marie mentioned will work a treat for this!! Thanks Marie!
and luck should never be a part of your screening protocol. Remember, no two clients are alike.
that nutjob to a bowl of FruitLoops! You were better off he hit the road with his "games". Lord only knows what the session could have been like had he actually showed. David..
