you make contact in advance, by phone of over the internet.  Allow enough time.  I like to tag my first contact by email as "Advance Screening!"

i want to know how work the 2 call system? i want to contact a provider who uses that, but now i don't live in USA, i will visit this month on my vacation. What i want to know is what i have to do when i use this system, like the steps i have to. I want to be prepare, so i want to know it, because i will be staying for a little time and i wanna a good time :D. hope you guys can explain that to me

The 2 call system only applies when you have a date. If you are setting up a date (out of town), then just call, but make sure you call at a reasonable time locally (not in the middle of the night).

2 call system is when she gives you the general location on the first call. When you get there, you call her a 2nd time to get the specific location.

With flaky providers it can become the N call system. You get a closer intersection on call 2. Get an address on call 3. Get to the hotel, call again for the room number. She is busy, tells you to call back etc. Best to quit if you don't get the specifics on the 2nd call. Odds are she is stringing you along, or not worth the effort in the first place.

1st call, before I head out, she gives me a nearby intersection or landmark I can set my GPS to, if needed. 2nd call, once I'm in the area about 5-10 min. before the date, she tells me the hotel. 3rd call, as I pull into the parking lot, her room number and confirmation that she's ready.
