Hi everyone,

I’m returning after a long break and I’m trying to get a sense of the current landscape. For those familiar with New England (specifically CT/MA), which agencies are known to be reputable, organized, and supportive from a provider perspective?

I’d appreciate hearing from providers who have worked with agencies recently, and clients are welcome to share general impressions as well.

Some long-time members may remember me from years ago, but I’ve been away for quite a while, so I’m just looking to get updated information before making any decisions.
