So, still a lurker but thinking of taking the plunge on my next business trip.  Looking at a highly reviewed provider that goes through an agency.  In reading reviews, confused about comments like "took care of agency fee..."  Is this the fee for the agency and the service?  For instance, if the agency site quotes an hourly rate, is that the total rate for the service or is it just the agencies fee and then you have to also pay the provider a donation?
