how long does it take for VIP membership to happen?  I haven't seen it yet, I guess it's not immediate.  By the way, my latest review had the performace rating changed from 10 down to 8.  Everything else stayed the same.  I want a 10 for this woman who deserves the rating.  Has anyone have this happen to them? Thanks.

Also, performance is not subjective - there are
objective criteria listed in the review FAQ which
earn the points.  TER routinely downgrades scores
that don't meet the criteria.
