go to account manager and see if your review was approved yet.. if not.. email and ask why.

It takes anywhere from 1 to 70+ hours for an otherwise acceptable review to post depending I assume on the work load at the plush, ultra modern TER offices.
If it take more than three days do as Ciara advised and go into "Account manager" then click on "My reviews" to check your review(s) status.

what is the deal with the dates on the reviews. I clicked on one for Sally that said DEc.15th and then the review listing came up with a Nov. 2005 date next to it

The listed glossary of reviews in a providers profile only give month and year. If an exact day was given it may have been in the text of the review itself and possibly the reviewer erred in either his text or clinking on the "date field" when submitting it.
