Wear a towel or bring a clean pair of boxers with you if that is more to your liking.

But seriously, if I'm travelling and it's my room I sometimes like to put some clean leisure type of clothing because I like the build up when she helps undress me. A towel works too.

With an in call appointment at an agency you may have to walk down a hall to and from the bathroom. The agency I use the most always has a robe in the bathroom I have also undressed in the bedroom and worn the robe to and from the bathroom. If the bathroom is connected to the bedroom just wear the towel if you like or wear nothing at all. There's really no need in that case.

If it's her private in call (she being independent) a robe may be available as BeautywithBrains said or just nothing.

On an out call there wouldn't be anyone else around so nothing is required. I usually have showered just before she arrives. Though showering together is fun then just go from there.

boy..you guys sure worry about some absolutely meaningless shit sometimes..just sayin..

I put together a fresh spa package consisting of towels, toiletries and a robe. I have yet to have a client actually use one of the robes. It seems guys are more comfortable in just a towel or au naturale.
(so if anyone wants a heck of a deal on a bulk lot of waffle cotton robes still sealed in their packages just let me know  lol)

Well Mr. Joe,  it appears you made it through the appt phase.  You got a little wobbly on us with pre-appt jitters.   But now you're finally coming out of the shower.
