Advice from a provider....

These websites ONLY mean something to us when you have reference there, that is the whole point.
Just because you sign up for one of these websites does not mean a provider will see you without screening you, yes, these websites screen you but they do not share any of your information with us. You could still come see us, rob us,attack us, or be a horrible a client and all we could do is report you to the website and they would block you. We have to take precautions BEFORE seeing you.
When you get 2 references on either of these websites then it will be a lot easier for you. Trust me it is not $$$ wasted as I love the ease of contacting a potential clients p411 "okays". I don't have to bother the client at all with questions or request personal info. It makes my screening time easier and faster.

II personally do see newbies on these websites with no references. I still screen them and require some personal info from them, but I let them know I'm more than happy to give a good reference or "okay" to them if our meeting goes well. Likewise I do offer a discount for members regardless if they have "okays"/references or not.2

Keep trying. You will find the right provider to see and hopefully one who will give you a reference. It's hard to break in to the hobby but once you're in it's cake ;)

I'm just curious, what's the point in having a P411 or Date-Check or any verification? Every provider I try to book only wants my references; as a newbie with limited references I thought this would be the way to go as far as easing the scheduling process. Most of the provider's website will list these sites as services they use and even incentivize discounts if you're a member, so far this has not been my experience. I just feel like so far it's been a waste of $$$. Any words of wisdom, people? I know this is not a one size fits all situation.

You need to search for providers that advertize they are newbie friendly.  On P411, that is often part of their profile.  You don't say where you are looking for providers, so it's hard to say much more to help you.  Everyone starts out like you.  It does take time, be patient.

Have you associated your TER handle and email to your P411 acct?
That may help or it may hinder you from looking at your reviews....jus sayin
The handle you've chosen may spook Providers as well.
handles like "fuckulongtime" "hunglikeahorse" "psycostalker" aren't fun or funny. Girls dont wanna be alone with someone who's implied those things about themself.
Did the ladies you reviewed give u an ok on P411?

that they my be asking for references. First if you email them from an email address and not P411 or DateCheck then they can't be sure it is you. Sending a direct request from those sites is a foot in the door... Then they will want you to tell them who your references are, sometimes you may have others that aren't on those sites. It is just a way of following up that you are who you say you are...does that make sense ?

If asked to fill out their contact form on their site, there's a reason there also...it gives us your age, where you would like your appointment, when, it answers alot of questions where we don't have to play email tag.

You may truly be, but surely you can cover it up for an hour until we turn you social!  LOL

The name alone could scare people off. Maybe it is a joke, but some people won't take it as a joke. Maybe it is true, but it is not something you really want to brag about. If you are shy, "shyjoe" would be much better than "antisocial." anyway there are lots of better names you could pick.

Also to make use of P411 etc. get the ladies you see to give you "oks" there, and use the direct contact through those sites to make contact with the ladies. One of the otehr posters mentioned that. If the ladies are members of those sites, if you PM them through the sites, it saves a few steps in the varification process (for most of them---everyone is different in how they screen and what they require)
