I find it hard to believe that providers don't care if hobbyists know where they live. Way too much can go wrong rather than right with this information. Same reason guys shouldn't invite providers to their residence.

If they seem trustworthy.  Not that I'd recommend it to the provider, but I don't necessarily see an issue with it.

Except maybe that she might have a camera set up and use it to extort you, which is harder to do at a hotel.

But that's like worried about being struck by lightning as far as probability probably goes.

It sounds like you've seen her a few times, so maybe she feels safe with you. Not unheard of, I've been to a lady's place of residence before.

If by "good sign" you mean something more than a paid transaction, please remove your head from your ass. While anything is possible, prepare to be played for a fool.

Was wondering if you had seen her before?  Did she ask for references or work phone or anything?

She's isn't hosting incall and won't get a hotel for only one client. If you go to her place, she can get your money, and isn't out the cost of a room. Convenience. End of story.

Good in that she trusts you enough to offer. I wouldn't read anything else into it.

I'm an independent provider and I entertain at my house. Granted it is my rental house, but still where I live. I like it better as it costs the cost for YOU since I don't have to pay for a hotel and I'm not out paying for hotel if you cancel on me.
My advise to you(especially if you are a newbie) is to not go over her house when the room mate is out. I see too much potential for a disaster ie. room mate is really a pimp or boyfriend and decides to come home early.

Stick with her coming to your incall/hotel.
