Just curious on how providers get ads on this site. I looked around and couldn't find a signup page or anything. Is this a agency site, or is it like escort-book

Then create a site. Then, apparently they submit a problem report and get said site added to provider's profile.  

The provider has nothing to do with the site being created. She might not even be aware that it exists

At the top of the page.  It allows a person to set up an account as either a provider or as a consumer of entertainment.   Very funky ad site that I have never used, but there are a few legitimate ladies advertising there, in addition to more reputable places.
